And for the purpose of obtaining the several documents or materials
requisite for the composition of the said Calendar
of Delinquency the said Commissioners are hereby authorized
and required at such times as in their judgment
shall seem meet to frame or cause to be framed and transmitt
or cause to be transmitted to the Registering Clerk
or Clerks or other proper Officer or Officers of every Court exercising
criminal jurisdiction⊞ ⊞ or the authority of inflicting Ecclesiastical censure of such
Court in virtue of such its jurisdiction or authority, and its
moreover to the Registering Clerk or other proper
Officer or Officers of every Court of in Great Britain
which in the exercise of any jurisdiction whatsoever,
whether civil, criminal or ecclesiastical, shall have
authority to take any Recognizance or any engagement security by whatsoever name distinguished having
the effect of a Recognizance, a blank competent
number of blank forms or schemes for Returns
to be made of all such Recognizances or engagements Securities as shall from time to time be taken in and
before shall such respective Courts; which said
blanks forms or schemes shall respective contain
such heads, and shall be framed according
to such patterns or forms respectively as are exhibited
in the Schedules marked [F] and [G]
and annexed to this Act, or according to
such other or additional patterns or forms as in the judgment
of the said Commissioners shall from time appear
best adapted to the aforesaid respective purposes: with and such blank forms or schemes
