Art. 12. Under the direction of the Legislature To the Legislative Minister, in virtue
of this his Legislation-amendment-inspection function it
belongs, to take cognizance of every proposed amendment

form whatever in whichsoever of his services it <gap/> has originated, and accordingly either antecedently
or subsequently to its presentation to the Legislature
