Art. 12. Under the direction of the Legislature To the Legislative Minister, in virtue of this his Legislation-amendment-inspection function it belongs, to take cognizance of every proposed amendment in other words that is to say of every f proposed ordinance or aggregate ordinance, form whatever in whichsoever of his services it has originated, and accordingly either antecedently or subsequently to its presentation to the Legislature

Antecedently to its presentation to the Legislature it will have come under his cognizance, in the case where it has been committed to him from the Judiciary authority, per Ch. XII Judiciary collectively §.20 Judges' eventually-amendative function, according to the provision thereby made for taking the giving to the Pannonion at all times the benefit of
