Art. 16. Art. Legislational emendatory emendative amendment-inspective function. Except where the occasion is declared urgent — consideration the Legislature will

Art. 16. In case of such reference, direction will therein refer it to the Legislation Minister, with an order directing him be given to him, to return it, within a time mentioned, with his Report thereupon

Enactive.

Art. 17. In and by Such Report the proposed law will be made declared to be in one or other of the three forms states or say forms following.

1. "In symmetrical form.": as to which see Art. 20. 2. "Not in symmetrical form." 3. In an form: that is to say in a form, From undecided: that is to say whether in relation to which it is not decided whether it be Art. or 3. On considering cognizance to be taken symmetrical or not. of it by the Legislation Minister, the Legislature will fix a say on which his Report shall be made.

Enactive. Art. 18 or 3. If, within the time so fixt, the matter of the proposed law has, by the Legislation Minister, been declared to be in symmetrical form, it will thenceforward be ready for the consideration of the Legislature, — whensoever, whether by the original mover, or by any other member, brought on for that purpose.

Enactive Art. 19. If it be declared not symmetrical, the word dropt will be added, and thereupon his name personal and official attached. So likewise, if declared Art undecided. But in either case, with or without alteration it may be introduced, at any time, by the same or any other member.
