<p>Correspondent in a considerable degree<lb/>
with the occasions for the application of preventive<lb/>
remedies, are the class of acts which, in Ch. VI.<lb/>
have been spoken of as acts of preparation with<lb/>
reference to the correspondent offences in<lb/>
their consummate state. In every instance<lb/>
in which any such act of preparation has been<lb/>
observed to have taken place, <add>though on reasonable grounds suspected</add> or to be taking place,<lb/>
ground may have place for a Judicial application<lb/>
demanding the administration of the appropriate<lb/>
preventive remedy.</p>
