Ch. Communication Means of execution
§, 3 – immediate and preparatory
Means of communication are alike necessary to the
obtainment of all other means of execution: of all means of
execution in any of the all the several shapes abovementioned: persons, things
initiating and other discourses: in particular all judicial instruments.
In regard to means
In regard to means of communication concerned
in every instance on every occasion are 2 1. the occasion. 2. the purpose. 3. the subject matter. 4. the agents
3. occasion.=s 4. purposes 3. The subject matters are the persons or things communicated or person and things of which or from and to
which the communication requir comes to be made.
4. Agents are the persons or things or person and things
by the whose agency of whom and which the communication is
effected.
Distinguishable on this occasion from things at large
will be those things which serve as instruments of discourse.
