§.2 Locable who

Art. 1. After The pecuniary competition having
had place, Salary having been by the Legislator attached to the situation, as
in the case of a Judge, as per Ch. XII Judiciary collectively

Art. 2. The sufficiency Enacters aptitude of the Candidate in
