<p>Art. 4. The Suppletive <add>function</add> the Judge <add>as to his own office</add> <add>is</add> in each grade, <del>is</del> not<lb/>

its subject matter the conduct not only of the several Ministerial<lb/>

Art. 4. The Suppletive function the Judge as to his own office is in each grade, is not
only authorized but bound to keep in adequate exercise: namely to to the end that at
no time for want of individual in readiness for the exercise

may ever have place. By acceptance of his Office, the Judge and other every other Magisterial Officer
of the Judiciary, contracts for the execution of the whole business of his
Office
with every degree of promptitude consistent with rectitude

exercise of his the Judges Executive function as above per Article 1. so
likewise on the part of the several Magisterial Officers
those other times, all such acts as in their respective lines
are requisite for that same purpose.

Art. 6. In both grades So likewise the Inspective function: has for
its subject matter the conduct not only of the several Ministerial
subordinates in the Judicial line, but that of the
Magisterial Office in their respective lines
