§.15. Justice for the poorest.
Art. 1. Forthcomingness on the part of certain
persons or certain things, or both, as the case may
be — forthcomingness, as being an actually necessary

Justice Chamber, there be kept in a conspicuous
situation, accessible to the actors in the Judicial
theatre, an instrument of appropriate relief,
namely, a receptacle provided for the relief receipt of
voluntary contributions, & designated in conspicuous
letters by the words Equal Justice Box.
