Source of the Chief Remedy is another imperfection viz.
Superfluity.
Ch. 2. Of Remedies in general, General view of the Remedies applicable
to the above Imperfections and Abuses.
It being already manifest, that in an extensive
existing existence That in a numerous class

the amount of which is considerable, – and, though it can never be precisely
determined with precision, is on that very account
but so much the more formidable and discouraging

be drawn? and but to this question the answer is sufficiently
