§. 1. Official Establishment
Section 107. In this Section a general provision is established

in executing the regulation of this Act, and inhibiting
from them from acting as Agents for Prizes, or "being" concerned
directly or indirectly in the business thereof:
Penalty £500.
The wording presents itself is here appears here to be inapposite. What seems to have
been intended is – 1. The sort of relation that seems
here to have been intended meant to be taken for the subject
of prohibition, is the having any share of interest
in any emolument, unlawfully or even lawfully
by through the medium means of the powers with which he is invested
by his trust.
As to this not being "concerned" in the business
of "Prizes", to prohibit in the instance of any of the
officers in question any such concernment, is to inhibit
them from the exercise of all the several powers and duties committed
to them by this Act. In their intercourse
with a Prize Agent not to speak of the other parts of their
respective businesses, they are as much no less concerned with
the business of prizes than he himself is. One concerned
