But a man to whom an Agent can an Agent or an Officer
of Greenwich or Chelsea Hospital to whom, an instru
for the purpose of giving to a man to whom Bounty
money or Salvage money or Seizure money is due
the benefit of what is due an instrument of requisition
conceived in the same words with that contained
in Schedule (A) with no other difference than that
in which is would be made by substituting to the word Prize
Prize the word Bounty or the word Seizure Salvage, or the
word Seizure, would he not comply with the instrument
and pay the money, just as if those words respectively
had been insisted in this Schedule?

Answer this question who can. Certain it is
that if such be the will and pleasure of the individual
in question, in the omission of the any such words
as those in question there is no physical bar nothing
by which such compliance can be rendered physically
impossible.

Two things other assertions may moreover however be said made with confidence.
One is, that if in the case the either every one of the cases above described,
any money be paid, it is not under and
by virtue of the Act that any such payment will
have been made.

The other is that to bind the individual for imposing upon the person
question for his considering himself as subjected to any such obligation as that in question there
in the words of the Act as it stands at present Main Text and Appendix
of Schedules taken together, no sufficient warrant is to
be found.
