Is there no Vice Admiralty Court in the United Kingdom?

By Sect. 67, where the sum lay in G the United
Kingdom and the condemning Co judicatory is the High
Court a supposition entertained and proceeded upon
is that to the Agent's Account when delivered in to the
judicatory, objections on the part of captors, objections
entitled to consideration, and requiring to be
at the hands of the judicatory of that same judicatory
are either confirmation or disallowance, might
arise: and provision is made accordingly.

In this case instance it appears as if to one possible an eventual
the duration of an eventual contestation or litigation thus circumstanced no precise
limit could with consistently with due regard to justice
be prescribed, accordingly in and by that Section at least no
such limitation is applied.

In Sect. 87 in which the circumstance constitutive
of the only difference is that of the same condemning judicatory,
being the High Court, the view taken of the
subject is altogether different. For making of objections
no opportunity liberty is given: of objections no number is
made: and in this same case for the remitting of the unclaimed residuum
to Greenwich Hospital a definite time a
maximum in respect of the length of time allowed
is marked out: this time is six months after the
commencement of the distribution i.e. the day which
come six months is separated by an interval of
six months from the first day on which any distribution
was made.
