45. G. 3. c. 72. §. 66.
1. By 45 G. 3. c. 72. §. 103. Each Commander shall, as often as may
be transmitt to Greenwich Hospital, Letter Accounts of
the Prizes taken by him, with particulars under specified
heads here specified.
By 45 G. 3. c. 72 §. 60. Each On each Capture, the Commander of each Ship is to send to
the Prize Agent a Prize List, indicative of the persons entitled
to share in the prize money: or on failure of the
Commander, the Navy Board from the Muster Book, at the instance of the Agent,
with particulars certifying the truth of it under heads. Penalty (£500) on (forgery)
fraudulently altering thealtering or erasing the name of any person so certified
