Prize
Proper or improper in itself, it seems not very altogether easy to

the particular provision thus stuck into the belly
of Section 4. with By Section 2, wherever any
"Vessels of war in his Majesty's pay" or "by his Majesty's
armed Ships", Soldiers being on board thereof a Ship with goods in it and
so forth is taken, Soldiers are as well as Marines
and Seamen are to have their share: wherever
taken, no restriction in respect limiting of the place where
taken being applied inserted, wherever taken, therefore if for example upon
the open sea taken in the course of a cruize.
But by Section 4, if they being on board a vessel
