<p>Art. 5. Justice Minister's <hi rend="underline">Migration-direction<lb/>
function</hi>. In the exercise of this function, the Justice<lb/>
Minister gives direction to the course taken by the <hi rend="underline">Migration<lb/>
System</hi>, <del>as applies</del> <add>in its application</add> to all the <del>funct</del> several functionaries<lb/>
comprised in it, at all times: by <del>his</del> <add>such</add> direction <hi rend="underline">transference</hi><lb/>
is made of the several functionaries from one judicatory to another<lb/>
and their <hi rend="underline">migration</hi> from the one to the other thus effected.</p>
 
<p>Art. 6. The <del>General</del> <hi rend="underline"><add>Stated</add> Migration</hi> day, <del>is the first</del> <add>which, as</add><lb/>
applying to all the several functionaries may be termed also the <note><hi rend="underline">General</hi> migration day,
is the first</note><lb/>
day <del>of <add><gap/></add></del> every solar year.</p>
 
<p>Art. 7. Of <hi rend="underline">incidental</hi> <del><gap/></del> transference and <del><gap/></del><lb/>
migration, causes, <del><gap/><gap/><gap/>,</del> <add>in each case on grounds assigned</add> may be<lb/>

<p>1. Representation from the Prime Minister, <del>for a<lb/>
cause <add>grounds</add> assigned.</del></p>

<p>3. Petition by any <unclear>justiciable</unclear> or justiciably<lb/>
of the Judge in question <del>on grounds assigned</del></p>
 
<p>4. Petition from any other Magisterial functionary<lb/>
belonging to the same Judicatory. <del>on grounds assigned</del></p>
 
<p><del>5. Petition from the Judge himself, on grounds assigned</del></p>
 
<p>5. <del>6.</del> In <del>the</del> case of a Judge Immediate, Representation<lb/>
from his Judge Appellate, <del>on grounds assigned</del></p>

<p>Every such representation and petition will be on<lb/>
Art. 8. In the instrument of transference, <sic>stiled</sic> the Jus<lb/>
grounds assigned, which <del>will</del> mention will be made in<lb/>
the <hi rend="underline">instrument of transference</hi>, to wit the mandate by<lb/>

Art. 5. Justice Minister's Migration-direction
function
. In the exercise of this function, the Justice
Minister gives direction to the course taken by the Migration
System

Art. 6. The General Stated Migration day, is the first which, as
applying to all the several functionaries may be termed also the General migration day, is the first
day of every solar year.

Art. 7. Of incidental transference and
migration, causes, , in each case on grounds assigned may be
the following —

1. Representation from the Prime Minister, for a
cause grounds assigned.

2. Representation from any Sublegislature, for cause on grounds
assigned;

3. Petition by any justiciable or justiciably
of the Judge in question on grounds assigned

4. Petition from any other Magisterial functionary
belonging to the same Judicatory. on grounds assigned

5. Petition from the Judge himself, on grounds assigned

from his Judge Appellate, on grounds assigned
