Art. 5.  Oppression in a particular shape – <add>constituting an</add> <hi rend="underline">abuse</hi>,<lb/>
in a shape, in which the guarding against it is attendant<lb/>
with a particular degree of difficulty – is this –</p>
<p>To<lb/>
the fulfilment of a Depute's service term (two years as per<lb/>
<add>Ch. XII Judiciary collectively  &sect;. 28. Locable who.  Art. )</add> and thence to his <del>expence</del> locability in the situation of principal,<lb/>
principal, to an unlimited extent applies undue<lb/>
<hi rend="underline">retardation</hi>, namely by <del>f</del> proposed forbearance to assign to<lb/>
him his due proportion of the aggregate number of suits.</p>
<p><hi rend="underline">Instructional</hi>.<lb/>
Art. 6. <del><gap/></del>  Inducements, adequate to the production of this injustice, <del>may</del> <add>are</add> at all times in the nature of man and<lb/>
things:  1. ill-will (for example) towards the Depute in question; –<lb/>
under <add>2</add> partiality in favour of this or that other Depute –<lb/>
3. jealousy of superior talent or appropriate aptitude in some other<lb/>
shape, in the <del>part</del> <add>instance</add> of this same Depute <add>on the part of the Judge principal,</add> – 4. desire of recommending<lb/>
himself to the favour of the superordinate <add>locatory</add> functionary<lb/>
– <del><add>for example the</add> the</del> <add>namely the</add> <hi rend="underline">Justice Minister</hi>, or any other high functionary, under<lb/>
the notion of the Depute's being to them respectively an object<lb/>
