§. 3. Remuneration

§. 3. Remuneration

Art. 7. Art. 1. If proposed or freely agreed to by the parties on both sides, a
Judge Depute occasional does not stand inhibited from
the acceptance of remuneration to any such amount and amount and in any
such lawful shape as shall have been agreed on.

Provided that in this case the remuneration shall be

So as not to be in any way dependent for its on the length of time applied
or the quantity of the time employed in it.

Art. A person who is by whose whom for service

in any shape has been accepted received, is not locable
in the situation of Judge Depute permanent: money received for
private incapacitates a man for public service.

Art. 2. On this occasion, it will belong to the Judge
parties concerned, and in a particular manner to the Judge
principal to be upon the watch, and to take whatsoeer measures may be
necessary to prevent the all prolongation of the time for the augmentation
of the reward.(a)
