Such is the leading principle and the only intelligible
principle of the worthy Baronet – of the most dignified of the witnesses examined
by the Honourable Reporter – the only two witnesses
examined in the character of Opinionist Witnesses
persons whose station is of a mixt character between
that of Witness and Judge, persons whose opinion is to
form the ground work of the piece which is in view.
While the character in check the Appointed Manager whose declared and
