Service as to personal possession: viz. body mind property person reputation
against

Service – judicial service. The service is that the act
which the application seeks or tends to produce.

Of By every such initiatory application his services are the
more or less probable and in of all contentious applications
the intended results: 1. the exterior and effective and exterior
service – the service to be rendered by the individual at whose
hands and commonly at whose charge it is endeavoured
to be obtained: 2. the interior and instrumental service
sought at the hands of the Judge: a the service which is performed
by causing the exterior and effective service to be
performed.

If so soon as the initiatory application with its
result is known to the proposed defendant, compliance on
his part is the definitive result, and the exterior service
is accordingly rendered by him, the interior and instrumental
service has not the less been rendered by the Judge: it has
been rendered at the earliest stage of the suit: rendered in a
mode in by which and at a time at which rendered in such mode and
time that delay vexation and expence has been minimized
by it.

So many shapes as a wrong, private or public
is susceptible of – so many shapes as a right, on the
part of an individual or the public is susceptible of, so
many shapes is the exterior and effective service susceptible
of the service comes for no any demand having place no demand in
having place of his – at the hands of the Judge
no d demand for judicial service having place but what consists
either in giving redress for wrong or effect to right,
and in the field of legislation and judicature to the greatest part of the extent the service thus
doubly denominated are the same.
