§. 6 Reconciliations

6
Reasons for mention
of the Danish Institution
1. Benefit for party's
personal appearance
at the outset.
2. Exemplification of
the extinction of the
Lawyer's Opinion
Trade.

How great so ever arelation had to the service rendered
to the nature in which it received its establishment was the merit
of this institution, it is not by such merit alone that a sufficient
warrant could have been found for the mention on this occasion
made on it. had to the present purpose, two and
no more than two are the grounds [and reasons] for the mention
made of it.

1 the Ground the first, the exemplification and demonstration
affords of the beneficence and importance of the fundamental
arrangement by which the every suit is made to commence begin with a
personal appearance made by him by whose act commencement is
given to it, to the Judge by whom cognizance is to be taken
of it and evidence elicited on the subject of it

Ground the first, collateral second, exemplification
of the collateral result brought to view in the character<lb?>of a beneficial and desirable one — extinction of the so burthensomely expence and oppression a source of depredation as
