Penal Constitutional Code

§. 3 Wrongful disablement disfigurement has place where by means of physical
force, intimidate ordeceptions or other criminal practice or mischievous
and without justificative cause one person is causes or contributes
to cause to another on to the bodily body of another a permanent
unsightly appearance, but without ulterior harm.

Justifications in this case are
1. Judicial practice authority legally exercised
2. Military authority legally exercised
3. Medical practice with a reasonable well-grounded expectation of preserving
the patient from greater evil.
