Prize Acts 1805 §. 57 1809 1809 §.

By §. 57 it may be remembered a Bond was required
to be entered into by a Prize Agent at the commencement
of his Agency: eventual penalty £5000, on himself
and two Sureties. On failure of punctuality in respect of such punctual remittal
as above described forfeiture of this Bond is the penalty
now appointed.
