Ch. XIII XVI. Moral Advantages.
As to the head of moral advantages, may 
be referred two very distinguishable distinct results, as
 promotion of frugality, and prevention of improbity 
 that will be seen to flow from the proposed measure
   of which the precursor will be found <add>promises to be productive: —
 promotion of frugality and prevention of improbity   and promotion of frugality: — prevention of improbity, that will be seen to flow from the proposed measure 
  by furnishing the a new means of prevention & 
promotion of frugality, by furnishing the offer
 of a new species of property, which by affording 
 the means of  that whether to 
 advantages,  affords an incentive to the
 practice of it.
 which, by annexing an unprecedented remuneration
 to the exercise of that virtue, increases the
 operates at once as an incentive and as a means, and as an incentive
 to the practice of it.
