In English practice, if a man retains a bad

discredited on the ground of bad character in respect of
veracity was the character ever so bad as that of the
least bad Judge that ever sat upon an English Bench
and of all Judge's characters the worst would be that of
the head of them all – the Chancellor, the conduct encourages suborns
of mordants, who will not so much as profess
to give justice to a suitor in the character of plaintiff, till
he has defiled himself by a letter written of his and duly thus forced
into his pen by that pretended universal Guardian of morality public

it without necessity.

Checks upon it may be
1. The registration which will be applies to this as to all other evidence
2. The call for specification – not admitted in English practice
3. The potential chain of character given
