Securing mode

In the case where the subject matter of location of the operation
is a person the nature of the case affords an option between
two modes for either of which it may be that the effect will be capable of
being produced. In this case the subject matter being of itself
not only capable of locomotion but capable of being induced to
occupy the place in question by means other than that
of physical force, a term correspondent to the nature
of the case is requisite to give denomination to the
judicial operation by which in this case the effect may
be produced. Call this Justice Summonation or mandation: justice
summation from the Latin summonio from the Latin Jubio to command: mandation from the word Latin
mando coincident in signification with jubio
or wanting little of being so.

Whatsoever diversification the immediate consequence
of prehension is susceptible of, of the same manifestly
as are those of justice Summonation or mandation susceptible.
Summonation or say justice for the purpose of sistition, summonation or say justice for the purpose
of adduction, justice for the purpose of transduction, justice
for the purpose of abduction.

Justice for the purpose of abduction is expressible
by the single appellation accersition:
