Delays upon delays fees upon fees costs upon costs spun out in the Reconcilement Courts

After delays upon delays and fees upon fees, and costs upon costs, concerns now the proceedings in the Reconcilement Court spin out to the utmost length. 100 Judges "advise, the substance thereof ... reduced into "writing by a memorandum" that memorandum "signed by "the parties (that is to any as well the party who would be ruined by its advice "if taken, as the party who would be enriched by it) "signed "by the parties and entered in a book of the Registrar ...
