Coercion and compensation — possible failures of justice in regard to the application of them . As far as co-ercion and compensation are so applied ,
the task of the Judge is properly fulfilled .
Justice is administer'd as it ought to be . The letter
of the law being given , or in default of it , the
usage , the perfection in this line in what
of Justice
can go no farther . On the other
