From the appellation thus bestowed upon offences,
consequences of such prodigious vast importance in practices are
continually resulting, that in the present Code the use of it being requisite a determinate
import will all along be given attached to it: such is the
manifest unquestionable dictate of the greatest happiness principle.

An anti legal A crime is accordingly an appellation by which
is designated a misdeed accompanied with evil consciousness:
