2. Form of it should be their pleasure to abide by
that minute, Should ever the Contract be to be signed, an intimation to the above effect will
require to be given either to Mr White, or to Mr Estaver
or to both, for the decision of their Lordships
as between the said two officers not having been given announced in
thewritten in consequence of the above minute letter on that subject to Mr White⊞ ⊞ it would be found difficult at least to frame a Contract for the
