<p>Art. 5.  The following are the cases in which he officiates<lb/>

<p>1.  Where by sickness or other accident, the Judge principal<lb/>
 
is disabled from attendance in the judicatory;  his place in<lb/>
the judgment seat is <add>thereupon of course</add> taken by this Depute.</p>
