an acre till £12 £14 an acre from Midr £10 per acre to Midr dayy in 1814 & from thenceforward
day next till ye end of his term £14 pr acre.

What he now gives By ye condons of
ye present Lean he is to give £10 an acre
till 1812 & from thenceforward till ye expirer
of his term (viz in 1819) £12 pr acre.
