Art.6. If, in one and the same Sub district proper
at the suit of different pur a mass of property belonging
to the same defendant be prehended by two warrants the
one from the Judge of that same Sub District the other from the
Judge of a foreign Sub District, that one by which is first
the execution of which is first commenced, the th pre
of the mass in question or a present of thence thereof
shall provisionally have the performance: still but in case of
disagreement is to the Appellate Judge of the district that obedience
is due is to be paid.

Art. 7. If it be for the satisfaction, definitive or provisional of a debt that the pre is made it is the provisional
custody and disposal that is here in question: and
this without prejudice that to any judicial order ordinances that may
have been made for the subsal equal division of the property of a
defendant debtor among all his creditors. or for the purpose of
securing compliance compelling performance with an order made for the rendering
of service sought for in the shape or question for at the above benefit
