<p>Enslavement is where, for the sake of profit<hi rend="superscript">(1)</hi>, a certain<lb/>

§. 14. Enslavement.

Enslavement is where, for the sake of profit(1), a certain
person the delinquent the enslaver, causes of contributes(1) to cause
a certain other person2 (the person enslaved enslavee)(2) to be kept
in a state of unlimited subjection, for the with intent
that he may so continue in such state for the whole of his life, or for
an unlimited length of time(3).
