how to be so made out of
no importance

True it is that To the efficacy efficiency of all the care true it is that one
condition should have been fulfilled: namely that it be to the satisfaction
of the Judge Ordinary that the necessary facts in question be made
out. But this is being the one thing needful, by what means it is
so made out whether by his own sagacity or by a
unsupported altogether without support by evidence is of no importance

by the text of this Section it is made manifest, that
by to some one person at least concerned one occupied in the preparation
of it this action has presented itself. For here in this Section may be seen
the words following:— "the having begun" &c, shall not in any
way prejudice the right of the person or persons claiming
or those claiming through and under him or them, from
