True that it is necessary
that the fact by made
out to the satisfaction
of the Judge Ordinary but
how to be so made out of
no importance

True it is that To the efficacy efficiency of all the care true it is that one
condition should have been fulfilled: namely that it be to the satisfaction
of the Judge Ordinary that the necessary facts in question be made
out. But this is being the one thing needful, by what means it is
so made out whether by his own sagacity or by a
unsupported altogether without support by evidence is of no importance

24
As to all other members learned
of persons official
professional care takes
throughout of their
interests

As to all other learned persons official & professional, in whose b
by any post- any thing like such sentiment as that of dissatisfaction could
by any deficiency on the grounds appended for the security
of their respective interests have been produced,
of the care taken to keep averted any such interests
not only the nature of men in general but on the
present occasion in particular the eviden affords proof
at case curious and diverse

25
On no occasion but
one the idea presented
that there may be
persons more than one
on either side of the suit

On no other occasion throughout these 107 Sections
to the view of this the vastness of his
practise has does any such idea at any time any where presented itself,
as either side of a suit either in law or Equity it is
possible there should be persons more than one On this one occasion,
by the text of this Section it is made manifest, that
by to some one person at least concerned one occupied in the preparation
of it this action has presented itself. For here in this Section may be seen
the words following:— "the having begun" &c, shall not in any
way prejudice the right of the person or persons claiming
or those claiming through and under him or them, from
"procedures &c

26
In relation to this Equity
business Counsel's signature
made requisite

What follows? that in relation to this Equity business
howsoever it may have been in regard relation to other subjects this
same Bill must have passed from the hands of the learned
draughtsman whose name it bears have passed into the hands
of some one other least of these persons, in whose breast it was
so
of such high importance
that with relation to this
same measure of
reform no other sentiment
than that of satisfaction should
have place.
