Procedure Code.

Art. 15. Of cases in which on the part of co-interestees
absence with or without or liable to have
place for an indefinite length of time examples are the
following

1. Exprovinciation, in a more or less remote different
Subdistrict

2. Expatriation, in a more or less remote foreign country

3. Confinement by bodily infirmity, bodily or mental
in a degree more or less afflictive in the rendering the co-interestee
unfit for and for a greater or less probable
length of time, unfit for taking charge of his interest
in the concern in question

4. Deficiency in self respect of maturity of age.

5. In the a case of a simply requisitive suit
where in consequence of doubt a mass of property comes
to be , remoteness of affinity coupled with uncertainty
as to occupation condition in life and place of habitation
on the part of a more or less considerable part of the
whole number of co-interestees, whether joining in the
requisition, or coming stationed on the Defendant' side.

6. In the case of a purely public or publico-private
penal suit, the danger and alarm inspired by
the penal punishment attached to the act will have
on the part of an eventual defendant latentcy and
for its natural effects.
