Procedure Code
Art. II. As to expence. 1. Under the head
of expence the first item is that which consists in loss of
time: employ loss of time by employing in the abovementioned
unprofitable ways the time which otherwise might and in
most cases would have been employed in productive labour.
2. Next comes the expence if any of carriage of the journey to and fro, together
with the difference between what would have been the expence expenditure
at home, and the actual expence expenditure during the journeys and
the demurrage.
Of the expence of professional assistance, if in the Agent if the individual be at once able
able willing and able to broker any or professional
the compensation amount is subject to various uncertainties.
First suppose him the mode , and the defendant accordingly paying the attendance at the judicatory.
