<p>Art. 5.  If and as often as, to any Judge Immediate<lb/>
 
it occurrs, that such or such a species of fact which has<lb/>
 
not been inserted in the Excuse list ought to be therein inserted<lb/>
it is expected of him that he makes report thereof in <del>virtue</del><lb/>
the exercise of the Judge's eventually immediate function as<lb/>
per <del><gap/> <gap/></del> Const. Code Ch. XII <hi rend="underline">Judiciary collectively</hi>. &sect;. 20.</p>
<p>Art. 7.  Subject matters for consideration in relation<lb/>
to Judicial Excuses are the following</p>
<p>1.  Compliances in relation to which <add>need of</add> a judicial excuse <add>for non-compliance</add>, may<lb/>
have place:  say non-compliance excusable.</p>
<p>2.  Excuses the need of which may have place for the non-compliances<lb/>
correspondent and opposite to the several compliances:<lb/>
say excuses admissible.</p>
<p>3.  Occasions on which the fact <del><add>of <gap/></add> <gap/></del> or say the state of<lb/>
things, or the occurrence, constitutive of the excuse, is liable<lb/>
to have place:  Say occasions for excuse:  or <hi rend="underline">excusative occasions</hi>.</p>
<p>4.  <add>Sorts of</add> Persons <del>at</del> <add>in</add> whose <del>charge</del> <add>instance</add> the several acts of compliance<lb/>
being called for <add>at their charge</add>, the need <add>respectively</add> of an excuse allowed by the<lb/>
Judge may have place:  say <hi rend="underline">excusers</hi>.</p>
<p>Art. 6.  In the event of his making such report<lb/>
the Judge will, if the <del>oc</del> individual occasion calls for it <del><gap/><lb/>
the <gap/></del> give exercise to the corresponding sistive function.</p>
<p>In so doing he will <add>frame and authenticate</add> issue the appropriate mandate, which on<lb/>
the supposition of the non-existence of all valid excuses is called for by<lb/>
the nature of the case:  which done he will annex thereto a sistitive mandate<lb/>
stating the description of the excuse and of the appropriate report as above, thereupon made by him.</p>

Procedure CodeCh. Judicial Excuses

Art. 5. If and as often as, to any Judge Immediate
