<p>Altogether repugnant to the ends of justice is the rule or<lb/>
custom which puts an exclusion upon the appearance of parties<lb/>
<del>singly</del> on one side or on both sides as circumstances may<lb/>
require from the presence of the Judge.  Appearance of parties<lb/>

Appearance of parties the general rule.

Altogether repugnant to the ends of justice is the rule or
custom which puts an exclusion upon the appearance of parties

require from the presence of the Judge. Appearance of parties
