Constitutional Code

If as here proposed the natural and domestic mode
of procedure had been employed as far as it could be carried,
much somewhat more might have been done: but for what
has been done no small praise and gratitude is due. In
the Denmark Reconciliation Judicatories no fees are taken:
& in these french seats and sources of pretended harmony peace and reconciliation
the and taken: and as thus, as to peace and where there is room for it reconciliation, the interest and thence the will is given to all
who have the power to prevent it: prefixed to a Judicatory
which howsoever ill constituted has power to give
redress, a Judicatory, which has no power, but to extract
false statements and fees, what it is but an additional
grievance?

The case sort of case in which this judicatory seat of peace and reconciliation
is allowed to advance do justice act in the service of justice is where
there is no difference to reconcile: when the proposed defendant
has no reluctance as to the drug which the applicant wishes he
should do. The case in which it is not allowed thus to act
is where such reluctance has place. Now this last mentioned
case is the most ordinary cause case: not much less than
