Art. 1. In regard to judicial communication subjects
for consideration are as follow.

1. Judicial communication what – in contradistinction to
communication at large, what is meant by it

2. Purposes, what – What are the several distinguishable purposes
for which judicial communication may be made have place

3. Intercommunication – Intercommunicants who, who what
are the several sorts of purposes subjects – persons and things included persons between whom on
which for a judicial purpose on a judicial occasion communication
may have place

4. Modes of communication – different modes in which
according to the nature of the particular for a judicial purpose
communication may have place, modes: intellectual
and with physical: intellectual with intellectual – intellectual
either oral or epistolary
