§3. Fields of Service
Art. 2 Local Logical field of service. By a Professional
Lawyer, or say for shortness a Lawyer, understand a person
whose profession it is, to officiate as assistant or substitute
to person, at large in all judicial business, appearing acting in Judicatoriesfor on behalf of such his Client either as an or as substitute
as their assistant or substitute, in consideration of appropriate
remuneration afforded to him at their expence
Art. 4. Local field of service. Having been sat in any one Immediate Judicatory
