unprotected.<lb/>

Defamation is Vituperation<lb/>
– Syn. Vilification Revilement,<lb/>
Reproach:  <hi rend="underline">generality</hi><lb/>
makes the difference.  p.2.</p>

Vituperation is most distinct<lb/>
from Defamation<lb/>
when aversion or contempt<lb/>
is indicated without the<lb/>
cause.  Examples, Scoundrel &amp;c.  p.2.</p>

distinct from Vituperation<lb/>
when the disreputable<lb/>
act is imputed, but,<lb/>
without any expression<lb/>
