regarded as schism against<lb/>

2. Jury trial but a<lb/>
palliative.  Jury not<lb/>
under the seductive<lb/>
influence of government<lb/>
a rare incident.<lb/>
3. Even sinister interest<lb/>
apart, custom and sinister<lb/>
prejudice suffice<lb/>
