Of Unlawful Threats Unlawful Menacement
Aggravations

It is a matter of aggravation if the threat be
clandestinely denounced: that is in such a mannerin the intent that
that the party threatened shall may not know who it is
that threatened him.

In such cases

Aggravations I. Clandestinity
Are the same as in Simple Personal Injuries:
but no punishment shall be added that is
extraordinary in kind.

From p. 6 [(a) Clandestinely] That is with intent that
the party threatened shall not know who it was
that threatened him, in such manner as to be able
to seek a remedy against him at Law.
