Art. 1. A judicial formulary is a portion of
discourse uttered commonly in writing on the occasion of a suit by some one or more of the several<lb?>sorts of actors pursuer acting in or otherwise belonging
to the theatre of justice judicial theatre. It will differ according to the
relation borne by the different sorts of actors to one another
