Prize Acts 1805 & 1809

Acts. Amount of an individual share: viz. in each class
of prize-sharers: notice thereof: notice manner of the
intended time of payment.

Such is the order in which in the mind of him to any mind in which a clear conception of the chain of transactions here in question is present, the two matters of fact
will be seen naturally to present themselves: such is the order in which this
must have come into existence.

What sum of money each class and each individual
class has to receive as his due, is a matter question
to which an answer must first have been found by every
man who undertakes to distribute a sum of money
, all those and classes and all those individual
an answer must can not but antecedently been found.

Such however is not the order in which these
topics are entered touched upon by the prism of the consolidating
Act.

In the first place viz. in §. 73 it speaking
of the intended time at which in the instance of the Prize in
question payment shall begin to be made, it appoints
the a divers system mode of notification by which to persons
concerned having in different ways a concern in the business
