Scarcely with propriety can any more particular rules
be given. Feigned Exemplars might be multiplied without end. What
best be expressed what with will in each individual case depend
upon the individual circumstances of that individual case.

In case of doubt where the defen individual place of
habitation if any is at the time, or his ordinary place of habitation
being known where in what exact place he is at the time whether residing
or on a journey it may be necessary or construed useful to ad
