the case may be.

8. It appearing appears to me that having furnished this information
the informant does not either desire or consent to become party
in consideration of the alledged facts therein contained Pursuer
at the charge of any person in the character of Defendant.

9. Hereupon the Judge will add in what shape or shapes
it appears to him that to this or that person or class or the
community at large service may eventually be rendered by
recordation of the evidence so furnished.
