Absolute equality what

By absolute equality understand equality as between share and share of the sharing respectively possessed
the several member of the community in the aggregate to mass of the composed should matter of subsistence

By equality all that is here understoodmeant all that any
above consistently with common sense can be understoodmeant - is
such appro the nearest approach that can be made to equality such absolute be made have

with all three. But in no instance is it possible. Not so
much as for a single moment in any commonly large enough to be
deemed a political community can it have place: and if supposing
it to have place for one moment, at the next moment it
next would be at an end: at the moment of the m enter
or of a word consumed. If a house mansion could at one moment
be cut into a million of pieces, the same mansion could not at
a million and one pieces. This also closely looked absolute equality so far from being realised, absolute equality can not when closely
looked at, be so much as conceived. Absolute equality is therefore
neither more nor less than absolute nonsense.

Security which th there is of it - is as to the greatest part of it the product of the
aggregate of the labour of the several public functionaries ing
to the state: the matter of subsistence and abundance - what there
is of it - of the aggregate of the labour of the labouring part of the
the other individuals belonging to the state. Security is security
against evil: for the modification of which evil is susceptible, see below

By whichever enactments are made for the purpose of security,
provision is at thereby the same time made for the purposes
of subsistence and abundance: which other provision is made
with advantage for these two purposes or either of these is made
rather by some modification applied to the one

Actually existing matter fo the matter of subsistence and abundance
life as they come to be vacant by the death of the proprietor; future contingent
master if the same matter not yet brought into existence: these
principally if not exclusively are the subject matter capable of being
disposed of with advantage for the purpose of equable practical equality without prejudice to security.

Observe whether some additional matter may not be more conveniently inserted under this head than under any suceeding one?
