1. Corporal vexation simple
Corporal vexation simple is where without justificative
cause,
by physical force, intimidation, wrongfully applied remuneration
or deceptious or other criminal practice,
in pursuit of some unlawful benefit to the wronger himself
or to any other person or in sport or for the gratification of
ill will,
any person causes or contributes to cause to any other
bodily sufferance but without any such ulterior bodily harm
as is designated by the denominations of any other offence under
this Code

2. Wrongful morbification
Wrongful morbification is where without justificative cause
by physical force, intimidation, wrongfully applied remuneration
or deceptious or other criminal practice,
in pursuit of some unlawful benefit to the wronger himself
or to any other person or in sport or for the gratification of ill will,
any person causes or contributes to cause to any other
bodily sufferance curable or incurable more or less permanent
or perpetual, but without any such ulterior bodily harm as is designated
by the denominations of any other Offence under this Code

3. Wrongful disfigurement
Wrongful disfigurement is where without justificative cause
by physical force, intimidation, wrongfully applied remuneration
or deceptious or other criminal practice,
in pursuit of some unlawful benefit to the wronger himself, or
to any other person, or in sport, or for the gratification of ill will,
any person causes or contributes to cause to the body of any other
perm unsightly appearance more or less permanent or perpetual
but without any such ulterior bodily harm as is designated by
the denomination of any other Offence under this Code.
